Sometimes even when we prepare a home just right for sale, the market can be a little slow. Some believe that burying a St. Joseph statue in the yard will improve the odds – so why not give it a try!? We’re willing to pull out all the stops to get our client’s home sold!

So sometimes we have to pull out all the stops to sell a house. We recently had a house that’s for sale and it’s not selling. So, we decided to pull out all the stops with St. Joseph. We buried this St. Joseph, our client did, in the front yard of her house by her post. She buried him upside down and there was a prayer included in this and lo and behold, we had three showings yesterday. So you just never know what’s gonna work in order to get a house sold. But anyways, we thought this was fun. She enjoyed it. We had a great time doing it and hopefully we’ll have an offer within a week!
