There are so many things to think about when youโre selling a home. Many people only think that the size of the home, and how many bedrooms and bathrooms are whatโs really important when selling a home. But as a seller, itโs really important to think about all the other things that may be of interest to a buyer. Hi, Iโm Steve Hill with Sandra Brenner of the Brenner|Hill Team at Windermere.
Iโve been selling real estate for over 16 years right here in Seattle and all over the Greater Puget Sound Region and I canโt tell you how many times Iโve met with a buyer and they never even mention that. I mean donโt get me wrong, obviously if they have three kids they are hoping to get a four bedroom home, but more often than not, they tell me how important the neighborhood is, or how they want a certain school district. Maybe they are looking for a neighborhood with lots of children, or that is close enough to a school for walking distance.
You wouldnโt believe how many people are looking for a community that they can be involved in, more outdoor activities or are close to a gym. My point is that, there are so many aspects when selling a home that can add to its potential value to a buyer and they need to be marketed and showcased and are just as important as the homeโs amenities. โ All of these factors, when marketed properly, can assist in selling in a more timely manner for a price and terms that are more suitable to you as the seller. So properly marketing and exposing these key essential features and factors are really important.
