Green Lake is one of the most desirable neighborhoods to live in Seattle. The neighborhood amenities are endless and commuting options will be greatly enhanced with the new Roosevelt light rail station set to open this Fall. We have numerous restaurants, amazing coffee houses, specialty chocolate shop, bakeries, the library, running store and so many other shops and businesses to discover. The lake and park are, of course, a huge part of the draw to this vibrant area. Whether you are just driving by and enjoying the view, walking the loop, hitting the tennis courts, pickle-ball court, soccer field or the Green Lake Pitch & Putt, Green Lake park offers something for everyone! Now imagine having all of this at your doorstep – we are just two blocks from the park, playground and community center.
We hope you love this spacious townhouse in the heart of Green Lake as much as we do. This 1997 Craftsman with river rock accents, is not your typical cookie-cutter unit. It has three en-suite bedrooms, a powder room and a two car garage! This townhouse community was designed for easy, every-day living. What we think you will notice first is how much natural light there is. Since this is an end unit it has great southwest exposure, providing natural light throughout the day. The living room is spacious and will easily accommodate larger furniture pieces. The front bay window adds charm and additional light. The focal point of the living room is the gas burning fireplace, flanked by two additional windows. Warm hardwood floors are throughout the main level.
Meal prep will be a breeze in the well laid out kitchen. You’ll appreciate the timeless look of white cabinets and newer stainless appliances. Grilling year around is easy from the convenient deck just off the dining area. The main level is complete with an updated powder room and nearby coat closet and pantry storage.
Moving upstairs you will find two good sized bedrooms. The primary suite overlooks the tree-lined street and features dramatic cathedral ceilings with skylight, large bay window and walk-in closet. You will appreciate the space and privacy of the attached 5 piece bath. Grab a glass of wine and soak the day away in the spacious soaking tub. The second bedroom upstairs also enjoys a charming bay window and attached full bath. The third bedroom is located on the lower level. Light and bright, this bedroom is roomier than you might expect and can accommodate a queen-sized bed. This room would make a great private guest area with the attached ¾ bath, or a quiet home office.
Looking for an outdoor space to sun and relax? Check out the roof-top deck with views of Green Lake. This the perfect spot for summer entertaining or dining under the stars. You will also find a generous storage closet out here.
You will be pleasantly surprised by the two-car garage with alley access. No need for a 10-point turn to get into it. Just drive straight in – it’s that easy! We think you will be equally impressed with how well the complex and this unit are maintained. Recent improvements include newer interior paint, updated powder room, new roof (2017), newer kitchen appliances and sink (2017 & 2019), AC installed (2018), exterior painting and new gates (2019), new retaining wall (2020), new gas water heater (2021) and new carpet (2021). The home has been pre-inspected, including the sewer scope. You will find all of the home’s documents on the See Documents link below.
