The NW Seattle market has picked up faster than SW Snohomish County. We have been surprised by the low number of homes with review dates in SW Snohomish County, especially homes that are in lower price ranges. This past week only 15% of new listings had review dates. This is down from 29% the previous week and 33% the week prior. Honestly, I’m not sure what is affecting this market.
As I already mentioned the market in NW Seattle is doing well. We are seeing more multiple offers, average price per sq/ft is slowly going up and the time on market is going down. These are all good signs for sellers.
