𝗙𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝗨𝗧! How you stage your home for sale 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀! Styles and trends change over time. When your home is listed for sale, it needs to shine. Using old, out of date staging, hurts your chances of getting your home sold 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘭𝘺 and for the 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘮𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺! Here are a couple of Steve’s quick tips to keep in mind when putting your home on 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆’𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁.

These plants have been hanging around in our office for years and for good reason. Nobody in our firm uses these anymore. Fake plants in staged homes are out! Don’t use them.

Another thing not to use is hunter green paint or burgundy paint on the walls. It’s not contemporary enough for new buyers. So paint your walls too. We always use Dover White.
