This will be the same format as our super popular in-person seminars that we typically have at our office. Except this will be from the comfort of your own home.
Yeah, so, everybody could show up in their jammies if they wanted to. We will be covering the current market conditions, how to price your home, and what you should do to prep your home for sale, and of course, how to work with offers.
We will have Dietrich Miklautsch from Guild Mortgage to talk about financing options and what you need to do if you are also thinking about purchasing, plus our favorite inspector, Brandal Gehr, will be on hand to talk with us about home inspections and how to prepare you home for sale.
